Karen Peters has held senior executive positions for major financial institutions including Merrill Lynch Capital, M&I Bank and Fleet Capital. She has provided senior financing and advisory services to companies in a wide range of industries with a special focus on the healthcare sector. While at Merrill Lynch Capital she originated, structured, negotiated and assisted in closing new business for their healthcare division.

In addition to her corporate activities Karen has held leadership and fundraising positions with several community and philanthropic organizations. She is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.

Karen holds a BA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and attended the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
